Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms are spacious and the staff really knows how to make you feel special, like an MVP. However, the room we stayed in had a struggling fan that made it a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm days. The room could use an update as it felt a bit shabby and dated. On the bright side, we did enjoy a comfortable temperature in the early morning hours with just a light blanket, even though we only had half of one between the two of us.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and some room concerns. The rooms, while spacious and offering stunning balcony views of the Andies, were a bit shabby and dated. The fan provided struggled to cool the room, making it uncomfortable until the early morning hours. Despite this, the views from the balcony were truly breathtaking.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and with good facilities, making me feel like a VIP. However, the room temperature could be a bit challenging at times, and the bedding was not sufficient for both guests. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was surrounded by beautiful local nature, though there was a maintenance issue with one of the sliding glass doors. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, and the facilities provided added convenience to my trip.
The hotel offers spacious rooms overlooking stunning scenery with balconies that showcase the most amazing views of the Andies. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very spacious, providing a great value for money. The service is attentive and genuinely caring, making the stay extra special. However, the dining options were rather poor, not meeting international standards. The location is convenient, close to popular areas like Armenia, Montenegro, Salento, and Cocora.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with balconies overlooking stunning Andes views, albeit struggling to cool down after sunny days. The service is exceptionally attentive and helpful, especially Felipe, the manager. The location is surrounded by beautiful gardens and local nature with a minor issue of a missing lock piece on one sliding glass door. The dining experience combines fresh Colombian produce with room for improvement. Overall, a place with great potential.
